This Privacy Policy explains how CELQOR (“CELQOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through celqorstudio.com, by email, by phone, or during a CELQOR service interaction.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information; delivery and billing details; device make, model and reported condition; product compatibility information; appointment, repair and order details; communications with CELQOR; and basic website information such as browser type, pages viewed and first-party storage used to remember a shopping bag or preferences.

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive information through general website forms or email.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and provide requested support.
• Review product compatibility, availability and sourcing.
• Prepare and coordinate orders, shipping, pickup, appointments and repairs.
• Provide repair-status and customer-service communications.
• Protect customers, CELQOR and the website from fraud, misuse and security threats.
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping requirements.

Shopping bag and browser storage

The website may use first-party browser storage to remember shopping-bag items, saved devices, recently viewed products, and limited request summaries. Submitted-request summaries contain only the reference, request type, status and date, expire after 30 days, and can be cleared from My CELQOR. Contact information, shipping addresses, repair descriptions and request text are not retained in persistent browser storage after submission. Short-lived in-tab context may be used while you move between related steps and is cleared when the tab session ends. CELQOR does not use this information for cross-site behavioral advertising.

AI Concierge and optional voice input

CELQOR Concierge can be used by typing. Voice input is optional and begins only after you intentionally activate the microphone control and grant browser permission. The audio needed to interpret that request is transmitted securely to CELQOR’s configured speech and AI service providers for processing. CELQOR’s website does not intentionally retain a raw voice recording after the request is processed. The resulting text and related request details may be retained when reasonably needed to answer you, maintain security, create a requested service record or meet the retention purposes described below. You can deny microphone permission or use typed input at any time.

Email updates

The newsletter form is optional. Submitting it means you agree to receive CELQOR marketing email about selected products, services and news. Every marketing message will provide a way to unsubscribe, and you may also ask connect@celqorstudio.com to remove your address. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional messages needed for an order, repair, appointment or support request.

Service providers

CELQOR may share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that help provide hosting, email, shipping, secure payments, communications, analytics or other requested services. Payment-card information is handled by the selected secure payment provider. CELQOR’s order-request page does not collect card numbers.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer service, warranties, dispute prevention, legal compliance and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you provided, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications. Send requests to connect@celqorstudio.com.

Children

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. CELQOR does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Changes

We may update this policy as services and legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
