These Terms govern use of celqorstudio.com and requests for CELQOR products and services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Website information

Website content is general information. Product images may be representative. Compatibility, specifications, availability, provider eligibility, repair scope, price, tax, shipping, timing and warranty are not final until CELQOR confirms them for the exact product, device, address or service request.

Orders and payment

For eligible in-stock products, checkout first displays the final itemized total for review. Continuing to secure payment authorizes payment of that reviewed amount; payment status is confirmed by the payment provider and CELQOR’s server records. A canceled, failed or pending payment is not a paid order. Submitting an availability or special-order request does not charge a payment method or accept a quotation. A sale becomes binding only after CELQOR confirms availability and the customer completes the agreed secure payment step. CELQOR may decline or cancel a request involving an unavailable product, incorrect price, suspected fraud, incompatible configuration or delivery limitation.

Special-order quotations and full payment

CELQOR confirms the exact product specifications, SKU, configuration, supplier availability and estimated delivery time before issuing a final quotation. The quotation states its expiration, final itemized price, tax, shipping and applicable terms. You must approve the product specifications, final price, estimated delivery time and terms before payment. Special orders require 100% payment through Stripe; partial deposits and installment payments are not accepted. Supplier purchase orders remain drafts until full Stripe payment is verified and authorized staff approve release. Supplier changes or substitutions require a revised quotation and customer approval. Cancellations and refunds follow CELQOR’s approved special-order terms and applicable law.

Shipping, pickup and risk

Shipping method, cost and estimated timing are confirmed before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless CELQOR expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and inspecting delivered items promptly.

Returns and warranties

CELQOR states the applicable return window, eligible condition and any restocking charge in the written product or order confirmation before payment. Standard-stock products are generally return-eligible only when they remain unused, complete and in their original packaging. Personalized pieces, special orders, final-sale merchandise, activated connectivity products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, damaged or incomplete returns, and products whose serial number or security seal has been altered may be ineligible. If a deadline or restocking charge is not stated before payment, CELQOR will not add one later without the customer’s agreement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; original shipping, installation, activation and completed service fees may be non-refundable when disclosed before purchase. Manufacturer warranties and CELQOR service warranties are separate and are identified in the written confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Repair services

Online triage and estimates are preliminary. Final diagnosis, scope, price, timing, parts and warranty are provided for approval before authorized work. Customers should back up data when possible, remove access restrictions when requested and disclose prior damage, liquid exposure and attempted repairs. CELQOR is not responsible for pre-existing failure or unavoidable data loss except where required by law.

Connectivity and third parties

Provider availability and offers depend on service address, eligibility and provider authorization. CELQOR does not guarantee a third party’s network performance, prices, installation date or continued offer. Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent requests, scrape protected content at scale or infringe CELQOR or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

CELQOR names, logos, page designs, copy, graphics and software are owned by CELQOR or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal or legitimate business inquiries.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. CELQOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use. Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact CELQOR so we can try to resolve the concern.
